Through a holistic and future-oriented training we ensure the best possible start into professional life. motan offers career starters various opportunities to promote their own talents and strengths and supports them in their individual development.
From apprenticeships, internships, student traineeships and thesis to part-time studies and trainee programmes, you can apply for a wide range of opportunities to shape your future.
Through close cooperation with universities and educational institutions, such as the HTWG Konstanz, joint projects are constantly being developed. In addition, we offer a dual study programme at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Ravensburg at the Friedrichshafen campus.
